
Johanna FK Rabinowitz, M.S., CCC-SLP
Johanna FK Rabinowitz, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a licensed speech-language pathologist whose evidence based, expert care delivers meaningful results for children and their families. With over 13 years of experience in public schools, private practice, and university settings, Johanna combines expert knowledge with a warm, personal approach in her concierge style practice.

She works with clients from infancy through adulthood focusing on language development, articulation, social communication, feeding, and executive functioning, such as organization, task initiation, and planning. Therapy is tailored to each client’s unique needs and learning styles drawing upon programs including SOS Feeding, PROMPT, TalkTools, and Orton Gillingham.

Johanna partners closely with parents to create individualized care plans that may include one-on-one sessions, parent coaching, support in the home or school, and guidance through the IEP process. Her sessions are rooted in play, connection, and building on the client’s strengths and interests.
​
In addition to her clinical work, Johanna has taught and mentored graduate students, led parent workshops, and guest lectured at universities. She spent much of her life in New York City and now lives in Maryland with her husband, young daughter, and dog.
